Ned has been obsessed with “the building of things” as long as he can remember.  From childhood contraptions, tree houses, framing homes and landscaping, the need to create and work with his hands was always there. Ned first discovered metal while aprenticing with sculptor Nicholas Swearer. From that point on metal was where it was to be….

Before long it became clear that creating his own gig was the next step. In 2004 Miller metals was founded and the projects have flowed from then on.

He is a proud father and meticulous “builder of things”.

Matthew Steely is a Warren resident who came to Miller Metal Fabrication, INC. in 2011. He brought with him a knowledge of electronics, carpentry, and general building practice, as well as a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. In his short time here, he has mastered working in metal as well. His skills and attitude have quickly become a very valued asset.
